The spacious living room is 17’3”x11’9” and it’s connected to a large dining room which is 11’8”x8’4”. If you like to entertain and want enough space to accommodate a sizable group, you should consider our Kent apartments.
3. Greenville
Greenville is also a 720 sq ft townhome with ample space to house a small family. It’s beautifully-designed and has a great environment. Like New Castle, it also has two bedrooms, one kitchen, one living room, and a few other additional rooms that can serve different purposes. At the rent of $1,165 per month, this apartment is comfortable and affordable. It’s ideal for someone who wants some space but doesn’t need a large, difficult-to-maintain home.
